Connecting communities to make a positive and lasting difference to people’s lives
Focus Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Focus Group, a leading UK provider of essential business technology. Through a community of employees, customers and suppliers, Focus Foundation aims to support UK-based charities and social enterprises with a view to making a positive and lasting difference to people’s lives.
Who are we?
Focus Foundation is a registered charitable organisation, and the philanthropic arm of Focus Group – a leading provider of powerful business technology services across IT, telecoms, connectivity, cyber security, mobile and energy. Founded in 2003, Focus Group supports over 25,000 businesses, with a team of over 650 and offices across the UK.
Our aim is to promote collective action across Focus Group's community of employees, customers and suppliers, working in partnership with innovative and effective UK charities, supporting them make a positive and lasting difference to people's lives, while maintaining independence and transparency in how we operate.
With all the charitable foundation’s administrative costs covered by Focus Group, everything raised goes directly to the charities we support.
What we do
We work closely with a whole range of organisations so we can understand where the need is greatest and support people who need us most. Our work stretches across three main themes:
Socially or economically underprivileged children or young people
Mental health charities and initiatives
Charitable or community projects, local to one of Focus Group’s UK regional offices
